Role Description

Conrad & Scherer is seeking aCommercial Litigation Associate Attorneywith 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial litigation and demonstrate excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Prior clerkship experience is a plus.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Experience in all facets of litigation, including drafting and arguing motions, depositions, discovery, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
• Extensive experience in legal drafting and research, including traditional and electronic discovery.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong conceptual thinking and persuasive communication skills.
