Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney in Providence, RI, with 3–6 years of post-JD experience. You will handle sophisticated commercial disputes, draft pleadings, and engage in depositions and client interactions in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school is required.
• Active bar admission in Rhode Island preferred; Massachusetts bar a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist in a wide array of litigation matters across commercial and business disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and correspondence with clarity and strategic insight.
• Engage in legal research and analysis of complex issues across industries.
• Conduct discovery, including depositions and document review.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Interact with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel professionally.
• Contribute to legal strategy and collaborate with partners and team members to achieve client goals.
• Participate in client development, public speaking, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain responsibility for managing case timelines and deadlines in a fast-paced practice.
