Job description

Our client is seeking a litigation associate to join their Commercial Litigation team in Miami. This role involves focused reading and writing, crafting arguments, and mastering various discrete areas of law.

The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of general commercial litigation experience, deposition and case management experience, strong research and brief writing skills, and Spanish language proficiency is preferred. A J.D. degree and strong academic credentials are required, along with admission to the State Bar of Florida or steps towards it.
