Nelson Mullins is looking to add a Litigation Associate to its commercial litigation group in the Miami office. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic office.
You will be joining a highly skilled team of attorneys who have substantial courtroom experience at the state and federal levels.
The Miami office itself features a diverse group of attorneys, many of whom are fluent in Spanish and other languages, practicing in areas such as litigation, estate planning, taxation, healthcare, real estate, corporate and securities, infrastructure, and more. With over thirty attorneys, the Miami office allows us to best serve our clients in Florida, the Caribbean, and Central and South America.
All candidates are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and a copy of their law school transcript.
You have at least 4 years of meaningful business litigation experience, and you feel confident in your abilities to usher a successful client experience. You are well-versed in taking and defending depositions. FINRA experience is a plus. You have experience in drafting substantial dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions. Native or fluent bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required. You are admitted to and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
