Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a motivated Commercial Litigation Associate to join our premier AmLaw 100 firm’s litigation team. The role focuses on supporting complex matters for corporate clients, handling discovery and motions, and collaborating with partners and senior associates to shape case strategy.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of commercial litigation experience, excellent legal writing and research skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment while

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Experience drafting motions and handling discovery.
• Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial litigation from pleadings to trial prep.
• Draft and revise complaints, answers, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Perform factual and legal research to support strategy.
• Develop case strategy with partners and senior associates.
• Supervise junior staff and coordinate with experts.
• Assist with business development through client materials.
