Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled, upper‑level associate with 4‑7 years of commercial litigation experience in Delaware. The role offers hands‑on litigation, courtroom experience, and deposition practice (taking and defending).

Responsibilities

As a litigating associate, you will represent clients in disputes, provide deposition practice, manage discovery and eDiscovery, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and support oral argument and witness preparation. Experience with trials and class actions is a plus, though not required.

Qualifications

• 4‑7 years of commercial litigation experience in Delaware
• Licensed to practice law in Delaware; admission in Pennsylvania or New Jersey a plus
• Meaningful experience in DE Chancery Court, deposition practice, discovery and eDiscovery, oral argument, witness preparation, and drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Experience with trials and class actions is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi‑task, and a self‑starter who works well individually and in teams

Compensation and Benefits

Base annual pay range: $170,000–$250,000. Salary determined by qualifications and experience with consideration of office location. Competitive salaries, discretionary bonuses, and excellent benefits including 10% employer contribution to a defined‑contribution profit‑sharing plan, 3‑year vesting, and 100% coverage of the health‑care premium for all employees.
