Location

Seattle, Washington — hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office, offering the ideal balance of collaboration and flexibility.

Note

This role requires an active Washington State Bar license (or eligibility to waive in) and a minimum of 4 years of directly relevant commercial litigation experience.

Job Description
  • Represent clients in complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters
  • Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs in state and federal courts
  • Manage discovery, including strategy, depositions, and document review oversight
  • Work closely with partners and clients to develop case strategy and drive results
  • Collaborate with a high-performing litigation team on sophisticated business disputes
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of commercial litigation experience gained at a law firm or through relevant clerkship experience
  • Active Washington Bar license or ability to waive in
  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
