Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation, including:
  • Drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
  • Managing discovery and depositions
  • Preparing for hearings, arbitrations, and trial
• Work on complex commercial disputes, including:
  • Contract and business disputes
  • Real estate and construction litigation
  • Other high‑value commercial matters
• Collaborate closely with partners on case strategy and client counseling

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation experience
• Experience with commercial or business litigation strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience with:
  • Motions practice
  • Depositions
  • Discovery
  • Trial preparation
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
