Pittsburgh Area: Civil Litigation Associate (2-6+ yrs.)

Lateral Link is assisting a boutique Pittsburgh-area civil litigation firm seeking a full-time civil litigation associate attorney (2-6+ years). Candidates should be interested in working directly with clients, managing litigation matters, appearing in court, and handling a varied caseload (including HOA law, contract disputes, business torts, and real estate litigation).

The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills, civil and/or commercial litigation experience (drafting demand letters, motions, depositions, etc.), and a desire to gain increased case responsibility and take advantage of a collaborate small-firm culture.

Compensation is competitive based on years of experience and includes a performance-based bonus and origination compensation. The position is primarily in-office in the Pittsburgh (Green Tree) area with the opportunity to work remotely 1-2 days per week. PA bar admission is required.
