Job summary

Fleck Eckert Klein LLC is seeking a litigation associate with at least 1 year of experience. The role is part of a fast-paced, hybrid environment supporting a broad litigation practice across commercial, real estate, zoning disputes, estate matters, and insurance defense.

Based in West Chester, PA, the firm prefers candidates admitted in PA with NJ, MD, or DE beneficial. Candidates must be able to regularly commute to West Chester as part of a team oriented growth-focused practice.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to PA Bar.
• 1+ year of litigation experience.
• Familiarity with civil procedure rules and filings.
• Ability to travel/commute to West Chester, PA on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Support diverse litigation matters in commercial, real estate, zoning, and insurance defense.
• Assist in drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Coordinate with a collaborative, team-based practice to grow the group.

We are hiring! We are looking for a litigation associate with at least 1 year of experience. We are collegial, collaborative, and we operate in a fast-paced hybrid environment. Our litigation practice is diverse and includes a wide array of commercial, real estate, and zoning disputes, estate litigation, as well as insurance defense work. Much of our litigation work is in support of our Business, Banking and Finance Group. So....if you are only interested in doing the same old thing every day, this probably isn't for you. However, if you are looking for variety, and a chance to broaden your horizons in a team based environment, this is the spot!

We are based in West Chester, Pennsylvania and we primarily serve the mid-Atlantic market. Must be admitted in PA; NJ, MD, DE are all a plus.
