LHH is assisting an established and growing New Jersey law firm in their UNPOSTED search for talented Commercial Litigation Associates. They would like to add one or more attorneys to support their expanding commercial litigation team. This associate will sit in their Bergen County office.

This attorney can expect to work on a variety of cases including commercial litigation, contract disputes, employment litigation, real estate litigation, intellectual property matters, and other complex business disputes. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who can independently manage complex matters while working closely with experienced partners on a broad range of commercial disputes.

This is a true lifestyle firm: no billable hour requirement, no all-nighters or cancelled weekend plans, hybrid work arrangement. There is real opportunity for advancement and plenty of business keep associates busy and developing their skills.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3+ years’ sophisticated litigation experience, including a combination of commercial litigation, contract disputes, employment litigation, real estate litigation, intellectual property matters, and other complex business disputes
• Strong research and writing skills
• Collegial attitude with an ability to collaborate directly with partners
• Comfortable handling matters independently when needed
• NJ bar required; NY bar preferred (but those eligible to waive in are encouraged to apply)
