Job Details
- Represent clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters
- Assist with multi-district litigation and class action cases
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues
- Draft substantive motions, pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents
- Manage and coordinate discovery processes, including e-discovery
- Review, organize, and analyze large volumes of case materials
- Support deposition preparation and litigation strategy development
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case management
- Maintain direct communication with clients and opposing counsel
- Participate in state and federal court litigation proceedings
- Assume increasing responsibility for case ownership and client matters
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar or eligible to sit for the Pennsylvania Bar
- 2+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Experience handling matters in state and/or federal courts
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Experience drafting substantive motions and pleadings
- Discovery management experience, including e-discovery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong academic credentials
- Commitment to exceptional client service
- Journal experience or judicial clerkship preferred but not required
