LeoForce in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with Mid Level experience to represent clients in sophisticated commercial disputes. The role involves handling state and federal court matters, drafting motions and pleadings, and coordinating discovery in multi-district and class-action contexts.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar or eligible to sit for the Pennsylvania Bar.
• 2+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience handling matters in state and/or federal courts.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Experience drafting substantive motions and pleadings.
• Discovery management experience, including e-discovery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Commitment to exceptional client service.
• Journal experience or judicial clerkship preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
