We are working with a well-established Chicago-based business law firm seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its litigation practice. The firm represents businesses, entrepreneurs, shareholders, executives, and other clients in sophisticated commercial disputes throughout Illinois and beyond. Its litigation attorneys regularly appear in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and appellate proceedings, handling matters involving contract disputes, business torts, shareholder disagreements, fraud, fiduciary duty claims, and complex business litigation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to move beyond a large-firm environment into a more entrepreneurial, relationship-driven practice where they can work directly with experienced litigators, take ownership of substantive matters, and continue developing their courtroom and client advisory skills.
