Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking aCommercial Lines Senior Client Manager in Massachusetts (Bridgewater) to maintain and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. The role focuses on exceptional service delivery, strong client relationships, and proactive account management in a hybrid work setting.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience in commercial lines, a Property & Casualty license, and solid knowledge of insurance products and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a proven track record of client management.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of commercial lines clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing proactive communication and addressing inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processing.
• Analyze client accounts to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice and guidance.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
• Support the sales team in identifying opportunities for account growth and cross-selling additional services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Compensation Package
