Jonus Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager to maintain and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. You will serve as the primary contact for clients, deliver outstanding service, and collaborate with internal teams on renewals, endorsements, and claims processing.

The role requires 3–5 years in commercial lines, a Property & Casualty license, and strong communication with a proactive, client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial lines clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing proactive communication and addressing inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processing
• Analyze client accounts to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice and guidance
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials
• Support the sales team in identifying opportunities for account growth and cross-selling additional services
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager to join a team. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
• Competitive benefits package, including health insurance, and paid time off
