Sunstar Insurance Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Processor in Arkansas to support the Commercial Lines team. The role focuses on processing policy changes, endorsements, and renewals while ensuring accurate documentation and timely client communication.

Full-time hours are 40 per week, with a Monday–Friday schedule. The processor will maintain records in the agency management system, issue ID cards as needed, handle past dues and cancellations, and support account managers with data entry

• Experience processing policy changes, endorsements, and renewals.
• Ability to maintain up-to-date records in the agency management system.
• Strong communication with clients and account managers.
• Adherence to agency procedures and industry regulations.

Responsabilités

• Request and process policy changes; ensure accurate updates in the agency management system.
• Issue auto ID cards; process past dues, reinstatements, and cancellations; respond to underwriting requests.
• Support Account Managers with day-to-day servicing, data entry, and quality checks.
