Qualifications/Requirements

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, placement, underwriting, or a related marketing role.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations related to commercial lines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and client-focused environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and manage relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
• Solid negotiation skills with a proven track record of successfully advocating for client-centric solutions.
