Foundation Risk Partners in Miami, FL is seeking a Commercial Lines Manager to lead the commercial insurance team within the Acentria group. You will oversee daily operations, service client accounts, and collaborate with sales to grow and retain the commercial book of business.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of commercial lines, and a track record of driving performance. Florida licensure (2-20) and relevant designations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Florida 2-20 license is required.
• 5–10+ years of commercial insurance experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is required.
• CIC, CPCU, or ARM designation is preferred.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of commercial lines account managers and support staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and training for professional growth.
• Establish clear performance expectations and accountability metrics.
• Lead team meetings and foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee servicing of commercial accounts for accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
• Manage complex or high-value client relationships.
• Partner with producers/sales teams to onboard new clients and ensure smooth transitions.
• Monitor retention strategies and improve client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, carrier guidelines, and internal policies.
• Review policies, endorsements, renewals, and coverage placements.
• Analyze production reports, service metrics, and team workloads.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and negotiate terms.

Job Summary

The Commercial Lines Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the commercial insurance team, ensuring effective servicing of client accounts, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. Essential Functions
