The role involves onboarding new clients, handling data entry, facilitating quotes, and assisting with renewals and billing inquiries. On-site work in Bloomington is required with licensing support provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year office administrative experience.
• Preferred Associate's degree or higher.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist with departmental projects.
• Performs assigned duties within the department and focuses primarily on day-to-day operational tasks.
• Works under direct supervision.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license within the first 60 days of employment (assistance provided).

Responsabilités
