Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication; solid math and reading skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide service to existing clients: update policies, present quotes, take payments, and supply documentation.
• Answer calls and emails regarding policies; service all claims including after-hours where needed.
• Support producers by gathering data, researching options, presenting choices, and binding renewals.
• Schedule client calls and meetings; review liability limits, exposures, and coverage needs.
• Clarify client concerns, identify solutions, expedite corrections, and confirm resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the agency management system.
