Position Overview

What You’ll Be Doing

• Servicing commercial insurance accounts
• Processing endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy changes
• Working with clients, carriers, and producers
• Assisting with quotes, applications, and renewals
• Keeping client files accurate and up to date
• Helping clients with questions and problem-solving when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Prior commercial lines insurance experience
• Currently have an Illinois property & casualty license
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and agency systems
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
