Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Property & Casualty licensed Commercial Lines Client Service Manager to join our Real Estate team. You’ll serve large, complex real estate and development clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions and building lasting relationships with clients and carriers.

This remote opportunity requires maintaining a Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM Pacific Time schedule. You’ll mentor teammates, manage renewals, and ensure compliance while using Gallagher’s tech to drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of client service management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience.
• Active Property and Casualty Producer’s License required.
• Insurance designations CIC, CISR, CPCU, ARM preferred.
• Proficiency with EPIC and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong technical insurance experience with middle and large market solutions.
• Ability to explain complex issues in simple terms and manage competing priorities.

Overview

At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Property and Casualty licensed Commercial Lines Client Service Manager to join our Real Estate team working closely with large and complex, real estate and construction development clients. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service and deliver tailored insurance solutions. You’ll help build strong relationships, solve challenges, and ensure every interaction both internally and externally adds value. How You'll Make An Impact

You’ll play a key role in supporting and leading efforts to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. From managing renewals to mentoring team members, you’ll help ensure client needs are met and compliance standards are upheld.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Manage the renewal process by gathering client information, analyzing their needs, and helping deliver timely, tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners through timely responses and strong customer service, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
• Help your team address client risk management needs through consultative conversations and personalized strategies.
• Mentor team members by delegating tasks, providing transparent feedback, encouraging continuous learning, and fostering professional growth.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy data using Gallagher’s systems.
• Use Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and meet client expectations.

About You

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

• A Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of client service management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience.
• An active Property and Casualty Producer’s License, required.
