Ross & Yerger Insurance, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Lines Client Manager to oversee renewal processes, coordinate marketing, and place coverage for assigned accounts in a fast-paced agency.

You will work with producers to evaluate exposures, loss experience, and coverage needs, prepare thorough submissions, negotiate terms with carriers, and create effective renewal and new business proposals. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Formación

• Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three years of property/casualty insurance experience.
• Knowledge of property/casualty coverages.
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Manage renewal process, including marketing and placement.
• Evaluate exposures, loss experience, and coverage needs with producers.
• Prepare detailed carrier submissions per agency procedures.
• Negotiate with carriers for coverage and pricing.
• Create proposals for renewals and new business with producers.
• Prepare binders, invoices, and other client documentation.
• Issue certificates of insurance and EPIs.
• Handle endorsement requests, Auto ID cards, and loss runs.
• Maintain thorough marketing files and logs.
• Monitor daily suspense and carrier solvency via AM Best.
• Assist colleagues with coverage and service questions.
