R&R Insurance Services Inc. is seeking an Experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our award-winning team. You will work directly with clients to deliver top-tier service and support the Commercial Lines department.

With 3+ years in commercial insurance, an active P&C license, and a proactive, client-focused approach, you will help review policies, quote, and resolve complex client needs while collaborating with Sales Executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an insurance service role, particularly commercial lines.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Proven track record delivering exceptional client service.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration across teams.
• Professional, proactive approach to problem-solving and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage key client servicing tasks and ensure smooth communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with policy reviews, quoting, and resolving complex client needs to support business growth.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives and Account Managers to streamline processes and support new business initiatives.
