Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an Associate Client Representative for our Commercial Lines team in Irving, TX. You will support a lead servicer, ensuring high-quality service for external and internal clients to drive satisfaction and retention.

The role requires 0-2 years of Commercial Property and Casualty experience, and a valid P&C license or plan to obtain one. Strong MS Office skills and effective communication are essential as you work with our network of brokers.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Casualty.
• Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified time frame.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead servicer in managing a high-volume commercial book to ensure timely tasks and client satisfaction.
• Set up and maintain account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC; produce standard client communications.
• Endorse policies in EPIC; create activities and assign team members.
• Order loss runs.

Position Summary

The Associate Client Representative supports the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines bookofselectbusiness. Under the direction of a lead servicer, this positionconsistently providesexcellent customer service to external and internal clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supports leadservicerin effectively managing a high-volume book of business ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately andon-timeto meet theclientneeds.
• Set up andmaintainaccurateaccount details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, proposal letters, change requests,proofs of insuranceetc.
• Endorse policy in EPIC
• Create activities in EPIC and assign applicableteam-member.
• Order loss runs

Work Experience

• 0-2 years’ experience inCommercial Property and Casualty

Professional Licenses/Certifications

• Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty insurance licensewithin a specifiedtime frame
