Qualifications

• 1 year or less of experience with relevant degree or 2+ years of experience in Brokerage or P&C Underwriting.
• Knowledge of underwriting principles and policy forms.

Responsibilities

• Accepts, rejects, or modifies new and renewal business.
• Markets company products to achieve growth targets.
• Develops relationships with agents and communicates changes.
• Promotes the company's image in networking settings.
• Achieve premium and income goals quarterly.
