Job summary

World Insurance Associates, a leading insurance brokerage, is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support day-to-day management of middle-market and large accounts. You will assist with routine service activities, renewal coordination, and maintaining accurate policy records to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office products to include basic formatting.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Summarize loss history and current programs and expiring exposures.
• Draft proposals, stewardship reports, and other presentations for large clients with guidance from an Account Manager or Account Executive.
• Create premium billing allocations and review carrier invoices.
• Coordinate and finalize policy and endorsement checks; review coverages for differences.
