Responsibilities

• Support account managers in servicing client accounts across industries.
• Assist with preparing applications, summaries, schedules, and client deliverables.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to gather loss runs and policy updates.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date; support renewal preparation.
