Responsibilities

• Support account managers in servicing client accounts across industries.
• Prepare applications, summaries of insurance, schedules, and other client deliverables.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers for loss runs and policy updates.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date; assist renewal preparation and account service.
