Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed within the past two years.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Clear communication and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support account managers in servicing client accounts across various industries.
• Assist in preparing applications, summaries of insurance, schedules, and other client deliverables.
• Gather information from carriers such as loss runs and policy updates.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Coordinate client requests and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Support renewal preparation and ongoing account service activities.
• Participate in team discussions to learn how client strategies and insurance solutions are developed.
• Apply training knowledge to real client work and projects.
