Qualifications

• Proven success in business development and consultative sales.
• Strong prospecting, relationship management, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to create compelling presentations and proposals for clients.
• Experience using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, and agency management systems.
• Experience in insurance brokerage selling commercial insurance or employee benefits is valued.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities with emphasis on commercial accounts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to move prospects through the pipeline and close business.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and leverage the platform to manage opportunities and relationships.
• Deliver risk management solutions using World’s broad portfolio of services.
• Build long-term client relationships by identifying cross-selling opportunities and additional solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and coordinating internal resources.
