You will mentor junior staff, work with CRM and analytics tools, and strive for high renewal retention, growth, and efficient policy processing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in trucking & transportation commercial insurance account management.
• State license to practice insurance.
• Exceptional analytical skills for risk assessment and client solutions.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Achieve an annual renewal retention rate of 95% through proactive client service.
• Conduct risk assessments for 100+ commercial accounts and advise on coverage.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive 20% annual policy growth.
