Job summary

CrestPoint Risk Partners is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Collierville, TN. You will manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, handle policy administration, coverage reviews, and renewals, and coordinate with carriers on coverage, billing, and claims.

The role requires strong knowledge of Commercial Lines, client service skills, licensing or ability to obtain, and experience with agency management systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines Coverage and core Insurance concepts.
• Account management experience with commercial clients, including policy servicing and renewal coordination.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits offerings and how they integrate into broader client risk and coverage strategies.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and phone etiquette.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with insurance agency management systems and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Relevant insurance licenses (such as Property & Casualty) or the ability to obtain required licenses within a designated timeframe.
• Prior experience in a commercial insurance agency or brokerage environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
• Handle day-to-day client inquiries and provide responsive service.
• Coordinate with carriers to address coverage, billing, and claims-related issues.
• Prepare proposals and assist with risk assessments.
• Support producers with account marketing and ensure client records are accurate and up to date.
