A leading company is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage large lines business remotely in NY. The role involves client consultations, policy renewals, and building relationships with clients and carriers. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Candidates should have experience in insurance and hold an active Property & Casualty License.
This role involves managing a designated book of large lines business, including policy renewals, coverage summaries, and processing insurance documents efficiently.
Conduct consultative discussions with commercial clients to assess their needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers, and handle renewals, cancellations, and processing of proposals.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling appropriate coverages to clients.
Required qualifications include a minimum of 3 years’ experience in insurance customer service or account management, experience with large commercial insurance lines, and an active Property & Casualty License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Applied/EPIC are preferred.
Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a customer service mindset are essential for success in this role.
