Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial lines account management.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for inquiries and service.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and renewals.
• Assist with billing, premium collection, and carrier communications.
• Maintain client records and track open items.
