Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an insurance agency and/or working directly with clients.
• Strong understanding of insurance markets, policies, and products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage an assigned book of accounts focusing on client retention.
• Perform day-to-day servicing of assigned accounts and process audit-related tasks.
• Assist in handling the renewal process including preparing client proposals.
• Maintain documentation of all client-related transactions within the agency system.

Skills

Technical knowledge of commercial property and casualty insurance

Verbal and written communication skills

Organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work in a team and independently

Education

Florida Property & Casualty License (220 License)

1 year of experience in an insurance agency
