A professional insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Insurance Agency Account Manager to manage and service an established book of commercial clients. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, insurance carriers, and agency producers, requiring deep knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and strong relationship skills. The position offers a salary range of $70,000 - $110,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing commercial insurance accounts, preferably in an agency or brokerage setting.
• Experience working with both admitted and surplus lines carriers.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts day-to-day.
• Serve as the main contact for clients and insurance carriers.
• Collaborate closely with sales producers to understand client needs.
