Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking a client-focused insurance professional to manage service activities for commercial lines clients in Austin, TX. You will serve as the primary contact, develop strong client relationships, and coordinate renewal processes to ensure no lapse in coverage.

You will educate clients on policy changes, market options, and industry trends while handling proposals and claims support.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a Commercial Property & Casualty insurance agency.
• Property & Casualty license is required.
• Hold an industry designation or be willing to pursue courses to advance knowledge.
• Knowledge of Sagitta and ImageRight preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate service activities for commercial lines clients to maintain relationships and retention.
• Inform and educate clients on policy changes, exclusions, and industry trends.
• Respond to client and carrier requests within agreed timeframes.
• Oversee renewal workflow to avoid coverage lapses and negotiate renewals.
• Prepare proposals and summaries of insurance as needed.
• Assist clients with claims reporting and ensure prompt payments per policy.
