Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2+ years of Commercial Lines experience preferred.
• Active Property and Casualty License preferred or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Service specific commercial lines accounts under direction of Account Executive/Producer.
• Interact with clients, Account Executives, Producers, carriers, and HUB departments.
• Issue auto ID cards, binders, certificates, and Evidence of Property.
• Order loss runs, MVRs, and E Mods and input information.
• Process change requests and cancellations, including suspense and follow-up.
• Handle audits, including checking rates, ordering worksheets, and invoicing.
• Support Account Managers and Account Executives with policy updates.
• Process new business and renewals.
• Set up and update billing information.
• Scan and input correspondence into paperless files.
• Email signed forms to carriers.
• Prepare invoices and policies for delivery.
• Reconcile fleet schedules.
• Prepare proposal tabs.
• Process agent of record letters and finance agreement quotes.
• Perform general scanning, mail, and phone support.
• Assist with various projects.
• Handle claims intake for the unit.
