Insurance Relief is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in California. You will support clients with new and renewal business, manage policy changes, and ensure data integrity across client files.

This role requires collaboration with producers and administrative staff. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of commercial lines experience, an active Property & Casualty license, and strong knowledge of underwriting and markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial lines account manager experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Knowledgeable about insurance products, markets, ratings, and underwriting procedures.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, career websites, and AMS360, EPIC, or TAM.

Responsibilities

• Client Support: Assisting clients with new and renewal business, and processing changes to existing policies.
• Policy Management: Reviewing policies and accurately processing transactions.
• Data Integrity: Updating and maintaining client and company files and databases.
• Follow-ups: Managing follow-ups and processing updates on cancellation requests.
