The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our in-office team in Tampa. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for a portfolio of commercial clients, providing top-tier service and support across their insurance needs. From quoting and renewals to policy changes and client communication, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and growing lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a book of Commercial Lines accounts with a focus on client retention and satisfaction

• Handle renewals, endorsements, and certificates of insurance

• Provide expert coverage advice and help clients understand their policies

• Collaborate with producers and underwriters to place new business

• Utilize Applied EPIC to manage daily workflow and documentation

• Stay on top of industry changes and maintain compliance with Florida regulations

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience in Florida

• Strong knowledge of a variety of commercial coverages (GL, WC, Commercial Auto, Property, etc.)

• Proficiency with Applied EPIC or similar AMS

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• A positive, team-oriented mindset and a passion for client service
