Job description

A Leavitt Group affiliate, All About Insurance is looking to add new talent to their Commercial Lines team in Greensboro, NC.

A Commercial Lines Account Manager works closely with producers and commercial lines managers in providing ongoing support to their commercial accounts.

The right candidate has 3- 5 or more years of experience working in the insurance industry with commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the applications for the submission, utilizing underwriting information provided by the Producer.

  • Maintain daily communication with Commercial Lines Manager to ensure specific deadlines and on-going projects/tasks are completed

  • Work closely with the service staff to meet timelines and deadlines

  • Assist the assigned Account Executive in marketing procedures, targeting selected markets

  • Follow up with markets to obtain quotations

  • Develop proposal under the guidance of the Account Executive

  • Create comprehensive proposal booklets

  • Verify consistency between submission, quotation, and proposal documents.

  • Make necessary changes to proposals and quotations based on client meetings, as directed by the Account Executive.

  • Collaborate with the Producer to provide insurance binders and obtain client sign off

  • Issue insurance certificates

  • Check policies align with submission, quotation, and proposal documents

  • Handle invoice processes

  • Check endorsements against Account Executive requests

  • Issue auto ID Cards

Requirements:

  • 3-5 + years of experience with working a small to middle market commercial lines book of business.

  • Active Property & Casualty license

  • Must have strong computer software and in using Microsoft Office i.e., Excel, Word

  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills

  • Must have experience with carrier rating software

  • Experience with the AMS 360 is highly preferred
