Qualifications

• Current Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• 4+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience.
• Experience managing commercial insurance accounts and renewals.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and policy forms.
• Experience using AMS360 and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a commercial lines book including renewals, endorsements, audits, and new submissions.
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.
• Review policies for accuracy and coordinate corrections as needed.
• Analyze insurer quotations, obtain loss runs, negotiate terms, and present coverage options.
• Coordinate renewals, binders, invoicing, and premium financing activities.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and claims.
• Assist clients with reporting claims and navigating the claims process.
• Review insurance requirements in contracts and provide guidance.
• Support producers in acquiring and retaining commercial clients.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services.
• Prepare certificates of insurance, binders, and policy-related documentation.
• Provide outstanding service that strengthens client and carrier relationships.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Experience working with multiple carrier markets.
