Role Description

The Commercial Lines Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Eustis, FL. This role is responsible for managing commercial insurance accounts, including preparing quotes, processing renewals, endorsements, and policy changes, and ensuring coverage meets client needs. The Account Manager will handle day-to-day client inquiries, provide proactive customer service, and assist with claims coordination and follow-up. The role includes collaborating with producers and carriers, reviewing policies for accuracy, identifying coverage gaps, and presenting recommendations to clients. The Account Manager will maintain detailed account files, utilize agency management systems, and support ongoing client relationship development and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines Coverage and related insurance products.
• Demonstrated experience in Account Management for commercial clients.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness and relationship building.
• Understanding of Insurance and Employee Benefits concepts and terminology.
• Relevant insurance licensing as required by the State of Florida (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe).
• Experience with agency management systems and standard office software.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and interact effectively with carriers and clients.
• Prior experience in an independent insurance agency or commercial lines environment preferred.
