Closson Insurance Agency in the Orlando area is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Manager for a hybrid role based in Winter Park. The position is full-time, with three days in office and two remote, typical hours 7:30–4:00.

You will manage a large commercial insurance book, handle renewals, service requests, and billing/claims questions while delivering responsive client support and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a commercial insurance agency.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• CRITICAL - knowledge and understanding of Commercial Property, Liability, Auto, and Workers Compensation coverages.

Responsabilités

• Manage a $6+ Mil Premium book of commercial insurance accounts
• Request policy renewals from current carriers
• Handle coverage changes and day-to-day service requests
• Provide responsive customer service
• Prepare quote comparisons and proposals for renewal
• Resolve billing and claims questions
• Maintain accurate account documentation and follow agency procedures

Role Description

The SENIOR COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER HYBRID position is a full-time, HYBRID role based in Winter Park/Orlando. 3 DAYS IN OFFICE 2 DAYS REMOTE

EXPECTATIONS OVERVIEW

• Manage a $6+ Mil Premium book of commercial insurance accounts

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (Must have ALL of these)

• Minimum 8 prior experience in a commercial insurance agency
• Must work Efficiently and have Attention to Detail.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
