Job summary

Leavitt Group Colorado, an office of Leavitt Group, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team in Colorado Springs, with additional offices in Alamosa and Sterling. You will assist the commercial lines dept., maintain a book of business, and service client needs including changes and proof of insurance.

The role requires a current P&C license, strong communication, independence, organization, and a sales-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Current P&C license required.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the commercial lines departments and maintain a book of business.
• Provide a high level of customer service and service (processing changes, proof of insurance, etc.).
• Assist with the collection of premiums and reconciliation of accounts as needed.
• Retain renewal business by contacting insured to review coverages.
• Review underwriting information to qualify customers for improved programs and monitor renewal premiums.
• Assist Operation Manager with monthly reports, as needed.
