Job summary

Leavitt Group of Colorado is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Colorado Springs, Alamosa, or Sterling team. You will assist commercial lines, provide high-level customer service, and service changes including proof of insurance.

The ideal candidate holds a current P&C license, demonstrates excellent communication, organization, and sales acumen, and can work independently while maintaining a strong book of business.

Qualifications

• Current P&C license required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Sales acumen with customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the commercial lines departments.
• Provide high level customer service while helping maintain a book of business.
• Service changes (processing changes, providing proof of insurance, etc.).
• Assist with the collection of premiums and reconciliation of accounts as needed.
• Retain renewal business by contacting insured to review coverages.
• Review underwriting information to qualify customers for improved programs and monitor renewal premiums for excessive increases.
• Assist Operation Manager with monthly reports, as needed.
