Commercial Lines Account Manager – Remote

Location: Flexible/Remote to east coast

Experience Required: 3+ years in Commercial Lines

License Required: P&C (designations a plus)

This is a full-service client-facing role supporting a variety of small to mid-market commercial accounts. Key Responsibilities

• Full A–Z service management for a diverse book of small to middle-market commercial lines clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as the day-to-day contact for service needs
• Support producers and collaborate with internal teams across various regions
• Utilize AMS360 to manage accounts efficiently

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Lines account management (5+ years preferred)
• Active P&C license; industry designations a plus
• Strong working knowledge of commercial markets and coverages
• Experience with AMS360 preferred
• Professional, client-focused, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
