Job summary

A leading insurance company is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager who will manage policy updates, client communications, and the quoting process. Ideal candidates will possess a Property & Casualty Insurance license, have strong technical knowledge of commercial lines, and demonstrate effective client management skills, all while operating remotely within the PST or MST time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years independent agency or retail broker experience.
• Experience with online rating software and various insurance carrier systems.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Duties Will Include

• Accurately input policy updates and account information.
• Communicate with client, producer, and carrier underwriters in regards to policy and coverage related questions and information.
• Responsible for the marketing/quoting process for both new business and account renewals.
• Identify, compile and manage information regarding account renewals.
• Consistent and timely communication with agency clients and carrier representatives.
  
  

Commercial Insurance Account Manager Qualifications

• Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
• Minimum 5 years independent agency or retail broker experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage & rating.
• Experience with various carriers and working directly with their underwriters.
• Experience utilizing online rating software and various insurance carrier online systems.
• Skilled in: Generalist with Construction focus
• EPIC or AMS360
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
