COMMERCIAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER - Hybrid

Mid-size regional independent agency looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage, grow, and service a generalist book of business, consisting of small to large accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients and prospects to design commercial insurance programs
• Manage and service client from start to finish, addressing concerns, service issues and providing appropriate solutions

Qualifications

• Active P&C Insurance License
• Comfortable with and willing to learn new technology such as CRM systems and AII
• Experience with AMS360 is desired
• Experience in managing commercial lines accounts within an independent agency setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with various insurance products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
